Crawl Passport privacy
What we collect. Your name and email, your tickets and T-shirt size, and what you do in the Passport: votes, scavenger hunt progress and any sweater photo you upload.
Payments. Stripe processes card payments. MaysLanding.org never sees or stores your card number.
Photos. Sweater photos are stored privately, not on the public website. Other ticket holders see them in the voting gallery during the crawl. Photos are deleted 30 days after the crawl closes.
Bus locations. Volunteer phones share bus positions only during the crawl window. We don’t track ticket holders’ locations.
Ads. These crawl pages use the Meta Pixel to measure our Facebook and Instagram ads: which pages you view, when you start checkout, and when you buy. When you buy tickets, we send Meta the order total and your email, phone, name and address details in scrambled (hashed) form, with your IP address and browser type, so Meta can match the sale to an ad. Meta uses this under its own privacy policy. To turn it off, turn on Global Privacy Control in your browser (Firefox, Brave and DuckDuckGo offer it). We then load no pixel and send Meta nothing about your purchase.
Email. We email you about your tickets, check-in week and crawl night. We don’t sell your information.
